Forever Endeavor, LLC seeks an energetic Program Manager with exceptional leadership skills, who is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling. We are searching for someone to join us in helping individuals live better lives. We are not only looking for someone who can do a job. We seek an individual who feels truly called upon to provide person-center support, with the highest level of ethical standards.


The Program Manager will provide direct-administrative supervision to QMHP staff and manage risks for the agency. The Program Manager will assist, and report to, the Chief Executive Officer in the development and implementation of the policies and procedures, and services. The Program Manager will maintain the confidential files of all staff members and service recipients, including applications, contracts, psychological and psychiatric reports, educational information, and other personal data.

  • Be able to train and direct staff.
  • Be able to pass background checks.
  • Have own transportation, with insurance.
  • Have superb proofing skills and note writing expertise.
  • Be able to pay close attention to detail.
  • Be able to complete timely reports and paperwork.
  • Have good verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills.
  • Be currently or able to become first-aid/CPR certified.
  • Be free of active Tuberculosis disease.
  • Be able to interpret and apply policies and procedures throughout the course of all agency related activities.
  • Be able to maintain registration as a QMHP with the Virginia Board of Counseling.
  • Community Mental Health and Rehabilitation Service (CMHRS) are provided in the community. Must be willing to work in the office, and in the community.

 

Work Schedule: Program Manager maintains his/her own work schedule based on the needs of the individuals served. Office/administrative hours are be based operational needs.


Primary Duties:

  • Conducts clinical assessments, service request authorizations, diagnostic clinical planning, individual counseling and crisis interventions.
  • Performs clinical case management.
  • Participates in treatment team meetings in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Provides clinical supervision for qualified mental health professionals - adult (QMHP-A).

 

Preferred (not required):

  • Individuals with current certifications: (1) Crisis Wave (2) First Aid/CPR
  • Working knowledge of Mental Health Skill-building Services (MHSS)
  • Background in Business Management

 

Position Qualifications: A minimum of a master’s degree in social work or a human services field related to social work, such as sociology, psychology, education or counseling from an accredited college or university, and two years of experience providing clinical services to adults. Must be a Virginia Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).


Compensation: Based on education and experience.
