Who is Forever Endeavor?

Forever Endeavor, LLC (FELLC) provides mental health services facilitated by licensed mental health professionals, as well as state registered mental health professionals. Our staff focuses on the very specific needs of each individual, while understanding that "one-size does not fit all!" Each individual receives person-centered services according to their Individual Services Plan, which is designed with direct input from the client and his or her authorized representative.

FELLC's CEO believes, "everyone deserves the right to fail, and as importantly, everyone has a right to learn." Therefore, individuals are empowered to learn what works for them, and to choose how to meet their own goals. Consequently, at FELLC, the word "failure" is repurposed to mean "opportunity," to learn, grow, and further cement one's societal rights and place in their community.

Forever Endeavor, LLC has a fiduciary responsibility to provide person-centered services that enriches the lives of those dealing with mental illnesses, while living in environments that may not sufficiently support their need for assistance in reaching their full potential and enjoyment in living. With dignity, respect, and compassion, Forever Endeavor, LLC aims to help people learn the skills necessary to better understand and access the world around them; leading each person toward a goal of living in the least restrictive environment, while working toward their life’s endeavors.

Chief Executive Officer

Arthur began his journey in helping over 30 years ago. From the homeless to the mentally ill, substance abusers to children needing a place to call home, he has compassionately helped individuals work toward their full potential. Arthur has a keen interest in understanding the next steps in eliminating the racial disparities in the Justice System, particularly because we know it is evidenced. He has worked with incarcerated individuals, using evidence-based modalities to reduce their likelihood to recidivate, while improving their chances of successful re-entry into society. Arthur has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Humans Service Counseling-Criminal Justice, a Graduate Certificate in Business, and Master of Arts in Professional Counseling.

Arthur comes from a family, largely, of self-employment explorers; and others in leadership positions. After holding various positions, including in management and self-employment, he began hearing a "call to action!" and listened. Consequently, he fused his interests in business and human services together to create Forever Endeavor, LLC. He understood that "if he is to serve and encourage others, he too must be encouraged to dream and act to reach his full potential." Today, Arthur leads the mission at Forever Endeavor, LLC and encourages everyone who has breath to “focus on today forward.”
