Forever Endeavor, LLC is currently seeking a qualified Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to join us in helping people live better lives. Interested professionals should:

• Be able to work effectively, efficiently, and independently.
• Be able to train and direct staff.
• Be able to pass background checks.
• Have own transportation, with insurance.
• Be able to complete timely reports and paperwork.
• Have good verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills.
• Be currently, or able to become, first aid/CPR certified.
• Be free of active Tuberculosis disease.
• Be able to interpret and apply policies and procedures throughout the course of all agency related activities.
• Be able to maintain a current Virginia license as a mental health professional with the Virginia Board of Counseling.
• Be willing to work in the community, as well as in office.

Work Schedule: LMHP staff maintain their own work schedules, based on the needs of the individuals they serve.

Primary Duties:

• Conducts clinical assessments, service request authorizations, diagnostic clinical planning, individual counseling, individualized services planning, and crisis interventions.
• Performs clinical case management.
• Participates in treatment team meetings in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Provides clinical supervision for qualified mental health professionals - adult (QMHP-A).
• Reviews, evaluates, and approves documentations.

Preferred:

• Individuals with current certifications: (1) Crisis Wave (2) First Aid/CPR
• Working knowledge of community support services

Position Qualifications: A minimum of a master’s degree in social work or a human services field related to social work, such as sociology, psychology, education or counseling from an accredited college or university, and two years of experience providing clinical services to adults. Must be a Virginia licensed mental health professional (LMHP).

Compensation: Based on experience and projects completed.
