1. Qualified Mental Health Professional - QMHP-A

FELLC will soon be hiring for the following position(s):

Forever Endeavor, LLC seeks qualified individuals who have a sincere desire to help individuals live better lives in regard to safety, health, social integration, and human rights. We are not only seeking to fill positions. We are seeking professionals who feel truly called upon to provide person-center support, and who can maintain the highest level of ethical standards, with a special focus on non-maleficence and beneficence.

Our agency is state licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and abides by very specific policies and procedures. All considered candidates must be able to interpret and apply such policies and procedures throughout the course of daily service provision.

Schedules (for QMHP-A positions only):

Employees will maintain their own work schedules, based on the needs of the individuals they serve.

Full-time employees must be willing to work up to 35 hours per week, or as needed to meet the needs of individuals being served.

Part-time employees must be willing to work up to 15 hours per week, or as needed to meet the needs of individuals being served.

Applicants must:

· Be able to work independently.

· Be able to pass background checks.

· Have own transportation, with insurance.

· Be able to complete timely reports and progress paperwork.

· Have good time management skills.

· Have good verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills.

· Be able complete weekly office meetings and assigned trainings.

· Be or able to become first-aid certified.

· Be free of active Tuberculosis disease.
